Our operations are headquartered in Phillipsburg, NJ. We currently occupy approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of fully equipped laboratory, animal facility, and office space. We currently have 23 full-time employees in both the U.S. and U.K. Fully 30% of these employees hold advanced degrees (PhD, MD, MBA, other) in science and/or business.

Our largest shareholders include: Medarex, Inc., APAX Partners, Schroder Ventures, JP Morgan Partners, Abingworth Management, Quester, and The Wellcome Trust
