Treatment of Multiple Tumors

This program is generating an APC-targeted antigen combination product candidate based on antigens chosen from the proprietary tumor target antigens that we have licensed from the Ludwig Cancer Institute, which include NY-ESO-1, MAGE-3, Melan-A and other antigens that are expressed by several major human cancers, including breast, colon, lung and prostate. Pre-clinical and clinical studies have demonstrated that these antigens may all be excellent therapeutic targets for immunotherapy. We are combining these antigens with our APC-targeting human antibodies to create a novel product candidate that delivers multiple tumor-specific antigens directly to dendritic cells. This program is currently in pre-clinical studies for proof of concept and development of the manufacturing process.
