100% employer paid medical, dental and vision benefits are provided for all employees. Employees have a minimum of ten (10) days' holiday per annum plus twelve (12) Company Holidays. US employees may also participate in a company-sponsored 401(k) deferral plan after six (6) months of service. Stock options may be granted by the Board of Directors under the terms and conditions of the Celldex Therapeutics Equity Incentive Plan.
