The Next Generation of Antibody Therapeutics

Celldex’s proprietary technology platform uses fully human monoclonal antibodies administered directly to patients to target and stimulate dendritic cells and macrophages - key cells within the immune system. Our Antigen Presenting Cell Targeting Technology (APC Targeting Technology™) utilizes the proprietary “huMAb” human monoclonal antibody technology to directly target the immune system. Our lead APC candidate is CDX-1307, a cancer immunotherapy for the treatment of colorectal, pancreatic, bladder, and breast cancers that is currently in two (2) phase I clinical trials. Celldex believes that product candidates using its APC Technology will be more effective at activating clinically relevant immune responses than standard immunotherapy strategies, and is building a significant portfolio of product candidates using this approach for a variety of disease indications.
